As matrilineal people, we honor the mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers of our lineages. Each of us is born of our mother and everything is born of Mother Earth. It is through this understanding that we are taught to walk through life with respect, integrity, and compassion.
Our plant relatives’ original instructions are to care for us, and at TCIKH, we honor our relationship with the plant world. Motherwort and Lemonbalm are two supportive plants that we have stewarded throughout the years and are able to share with our community this year.
