Hey @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum yesterday you had the Atlanta Braves game on the wrong channel of your guide which in return had me record the wrong channel for 5 hours. It’s 2021 can we never let this happen again? Cable companies make it real hard justifying keeping cable.

@Ask_Spectrum As of this date, the channel has reset to normal, but was a very odd occurrence worth a note. Maybe explainable on your end, maybe not. If it persist to any significant disruption I will intensify my expectations for a solution from Spectrum. Thanks

@Ask_Spectrum acc# 970095903, my wifi is slow. Streaming is often interrupted with buffering, freezing, latency. I’m all “unplugged,speed tested and ethernetted-out” so some explanation of my service deterioration, with resolution would be preferred and helpful. Thanks

@Ask_Spectrum I have a separate component networking system from Luxul. Router, access points, switches, etc. The modem has dual gigabit ports, so connected directly bypassing the wireless, still less than 100gbps down direct from the modem.

What ever you do, don’t switch to @GetSpectrum for Internet and streaming tv. Customer service and actual devices are terrible. 5 problems in just two months since switching.

Back when it was Time Warner never really had any issues. Now since @GetSpectrum bought them, we get outages every few weeks now. Pretty sure they didn't upgrade anything when they bought Time Warner so it makes me wonder.
